It was alright, they really didn't help my daughter pick out her prom dress . We basically picked out the dresses , all they did was carry them to the dressing room. They are great if you're a bride !

Ask for Katya. She's very sweet and helpful! And she wasn't put off by my low price point. But do not trust alterations - inspect your dress carefully and ignore their rudeness.

Wish I could say we had a good experience here. We were shuffled between consultants several times, some of which were quite rude to us. Everything there was a huge cluster.

The fitting rooms were quite disgusting and in horrible need of an update (or a good cleaning .) Skip this place and go down the street to Alfred Angelo.

Absolutely terrible service all together. Terrible managers terrible corporate customer service. Ordered 2 dresses incorrectly and forced me to pay for their mistake.

Wow. Sorry. Worst place to shop for anything bridal related. Worst customer service ever. Overpriced trash. It'll cost more, but you're better off going to a real (and locally owned) bridal boutique .
