Our white carrot cake are fried plate by plate so that we can ensure the crispness of it. Chai po are added into our carrot cakes when we fry and extra chai po are also given at the side as an extra treat for our customers.

What's unique abt the serving here is the extra 'chai por' (chopped preserved turnip ) side. Added more crunch if u like it
Definitely upgrade your portion to the one with prawns ($5/$7) it is so very satisfying - chunks of crunchy prawn bits with the fluffy CTK. Two thumbs up ???????? worthy of a trip to Yishun!
Make sure you get a plate of white carrot cake from the uncle - he's the Master. If by the lady, it's less yummy
The long wait is real. On a lazy Saturday, I waited 50 mins after placing my order at 8:10am!

Came here at 6:30am and the waiting time is already 1.5 hours. Go for the one with prawn for extra taste. Lots of cai po given!
Best carrot cake but the waiting time can be insane.
The regular Carrot Cake order is more than good. Taking the “add prawn ” upgrade takes it to another level.
Waiting time on a Sunday morning: 1 hour. The $5 portion (with prawns ) is more than enough for 1 pax.
