Right up there with Westin Galleria in terms of room size and quality, tho obviously ur getting the W kitsch here. Lobby bar is a scene. Breakfast not too good
Generous upgrades for SPG Platinum members. A few pricey restaurants right outside. Caveat that it's across the street from the American Airlines Center , so it can get hectic on concert nights.
Great place. Staff is focused on the details. We love Bliss Spa , craft|Dallas and the pool is heavenly! A must stay whether you live in Dallas or are visiting our great city !

For a great balancing energy sit beneath the ceiling height crystal chandeliers in the bar !

Remember , the W sands for Whatever / Whenever "as long as it's legal" which is a HUGE range of fabulousness to behold. Relax and stay a while , you know your're home when you have arrived at the W
The downstairs bar was awesome great service too
During the winter months it is cold taking a shower in king size rooms because there is no door and the bathroom is open to the rest of the room. The 2 queen rooms have a door to the shower .
This is a great place to stay. The staff are incredible and the hotel is beautiful. Great food and night life all within walking distance.

Style over substance. The Marvelous Suite looks nice but is missing some basic functional features (think a towel rack or a logical closet location).
Say hello to Clint at valet...he rocks! He's been at the W since it opened & he won't steer you in the wrong direction!
Pricey shows but occasionally worth the price of admission, and parking , etc.
Rooftop pool area is a quiet place to lounge in their off season.

We had an incorrect charge on our bill of $175. We called and got the charge reversed. Check your bill carefully!
Get a chair by the pool early if you want to tan . The ones in the sun go fast!

Great business hotel near love field. You'll want to check to see what conventions are being held though as they can get crowded. Breakfast was very good in the lobby. - Super Dad
I love the Platinum level. Nice bathrooms, less people, in-seat wait service, premium beer and alcohol selections. But most importantly a great view of the Mavs or Stars game as well as concerts. - Craig Combs
