Disagree with the counter girl having no product knowledge when asked the difference of the menus..she should've study the products first before standing there as the ambassador.

First milk tea..then now i love the hot caramel milk tea..but my only complain was that i always forgot to ask for low sugar..

Cashier stated that he added points into my card, receipt stated otherwise, randomly swipe card into card reader and gave it back to me. Be mindful guys, 9 points gone!

The service is horrible! The workers are not serious while working, they were playing a fool, joking while taking my orders and got my orders wrong.
