Great central location when staying in Parramatta. Rooms need a facelift though. Wifi is not free for guests which is a seriously bad in my opinion. Room overlooking pool was nice a quiet .

Old, good sized rooms, close to everything you need.

Room maintenance seems to be a problem. AWESOME reception staff . Small spaces for cars. Food for room service is hit n miss. Close to train and busway. Quite rooms.

Good location for Parramatta but far away from Sydney CBD (takes 30-35 min by train )

Lovely housekeeper keen to please ( mature aged asian lady)

Hotel dated, carpet in hallways dirty .... not enough storage space in cupboard with no shelves.

Great service apartments :) not enough detergent though both for utensils and clothes ;)

The reception ladies are pwetty

Make sure you request tomato sauce if u order chips on room service - surprisingly isn't standard!

Staff are great!

Need new fittings in bathroom

Don't bother relying on you taxi to wait for you, other guests are told to take yours instead!

Steer clear of room service . Croutons on Caesar salad tasted like they were four days old. Disgusting.
