They've recently refurbished the place so it's a lot nicer. Love the amount of space and the equipment. Wasn't too busy coming on a Sunday morning.
Lots of options for sports . Good service . You may watch local league basketball and cricket games for fun.
Cecil is the kick-ass circuit training instructor at this place. Two days after his class , and you can still feel the pain!
Doubles up as a polling station.
