Always great service, I keep reading about the bad service at BWW but I've been here several times with large groups and as a couple and never once have u had bad service.

Hoorrrrrible service! Order was wrong, little sauce on wings , kept reminding waitress for ranch. Finally a manager and made it better.

Bad service!! It took them 20 minutes before they took our drink order , and it was only because I waved down one of the servers... no reservations ... No birthday accommodations ....
