Reminds me of Lum & Abner shows I'd listen to on the radio as a boy. Small town service with big city quality merchandise (this is McLean after all!).
Remember how hardware stores were before orange or white big box? Helpful staff - and you can find what you need in a few minutes, then checkout ... :-)
