Great place for the kids to play "masak masak". Unfortunately, most of the instructors don't speak and explain well in English. Kids were slightly confused!

Great fun and educational activities for kids. Sometimes the queue can be rather long, especially over weekends.

It was crowded .. the waiting time was very long .. I would suggest a reservation for the roles sessions online in advance

Fantastic place that any kid would love to spend a day at. Tired parents should head to the parents lounge to escapee the noise

it's obviously a place for kids, so adults , pls stop complaining that u got nothing to do. u can drop ur kids here but only for 8years+ & pls, do not bring ur kids if ure not ready to let 'em go.

Great place for kids but avoid coming on weekends, the queue is absurd, kids end up frustrated with the long wait , the duration of the activity itself is shorter than the wait

Very crowded kids running around everywhere like crazy and seem uncontrollable. The wait on each area is long. It says on their website you need 2 hrs but it will take a whole day so we were misled.

Came a day before CNY-smaller crowd, less waiting time. Parents bring a book/mag to read. Tix bought @Matta Fair , only rm35/kid and rm19/adult. Food and drink - average and pricey . Kids had fun.

It's like a mini Disneyland! But this is hard to appreciate if you're above 12, so let your kids & little siblings come with their friends.

Tix for kids (2-17yo): rm55, adult : rm35. Semua kids happy je dtg sini. Pls avoid public holiday and weekend sbb q terlampau lama.

Well , this is quite childish for 16 and above . Yes, you can go playing around but lots seem to be more suitable for kids 15 or below .so Rm 60 for kids 16 and above is just a waste for me ：/

Childrens enjoy at Kidzania @ RM55, Adults no need to accompany if the Kids above 9 years old.

Such a huge place and with long queues. Suggest to get the all day pass....

Espresso in parents lounge was not espresso . But you have little choice so if you're willing to settle, then go for it. Everything in there was expensive . Parents tickets too high 4 foreigners.

Lots of high expectations to live up to. Hopefully they work out all the kinks quickly. Still slow for 'check in'... In truly air Asia fashion!

Plus: Great environment, interior design-wise. Minus: Caught some staff using vulgar language and some were just loafing around aimlessly.

Great place for kids to be educated

Enjoyable place for kids age 4 and up. But it's really expensive for the parents as we can't do anything except take pictures

Great place for kids. While the pricing for kids is reasonable but the charges for parents should be reduced cause we adult did nothing just stand and waiting. It useless!

Been there once,advisable don't go on school holiday cause only open from 10am to 3pm.Non school holiday open from 10am to 5pm

Surprisingly short queue - arrived 945am just before opening on a Saturday

Packed during weekends. Recommended for kids 6-10 years old.

Weekday morning is even busier than weekend. The afternoon session seems to be a lot calmer.

If you're going to take photos then remember to bring a flash. It's very dark, maybe intentionally so.

Amazing place for kids above 4.

Kids get very bored in line . Come prepared with cartoons on your phone.

Dont forget to visit the tv studio! I hope they do a good job there.

Transition period at Cadbury Factory is very long (15 minutes)!! Pity the queuing kids!
