What an awesome idea. Take a Mexican favorite and put it on an American classic. A tamale on a hot dog = Trolley Dog. Brilliant.
If you are vegetarian try a tree hugger- fries replace the hotdog !

Weekends are good to bring the kids because the owner is usually there making balloon toys . Nothing outrageous, but its an easy "win" with the kids.
