Beautiful hotel and wonderful rooms but the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! Also, the staff was not too helpful with any issue presented to them.

Perfect for an upscale hotel stay, and be sure to go for a drink at the Penthouse at sunset . Brilliant view and great selection of drinks.

The penthouse is a must - you might encounter a little snootiness but the view and quality of food and cocktails more than makes up for it.

The valet is overwhelmed at dinner time, so if you are just coming here to eat park nearby and walk.

The concierge will help you get tickets to just about anything. The location and ambiance truly make it a "haven by the sea'.

Great view of Santa Monica from 19th floor. Open for breakfast/lunch etc but looking at lines last night a popular clubbing venue too.

Modern hotel , good location but staff attitude is a problem. Their parking option is 46$, when you ask about public parking nearby they pretend to be stupid and won‘t tell there is one in 300m (17.5$)

Lovely ladies at the front door discussing their territory, will probably give you a better helping hand than the unsmiling ladies on the front desk.

The smell of gardenia blossoms float thru the halls, and the upscale rooms provide a mid-century flair meets 21st Century style.
