New, but shoddily constructed . Greasy ring around bathtub, handle came off tub faucet, toilet would flush, then chain broke off toilet mechanism when tried to fix, sink faucet wouldn't turn on.
Nice clean big rooms
Sorry, toilet WOULDN'T flush. Way overpriced.
