Why is shit in Best Buy so hard to find? I would think they would have put a lot of thought into adequate signage and locating similar items near each other.

DONT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS AT BEST BUY. They’ve sold me a remanufactured, defective iPhone as if it were a new one and there’s no recourse. They won't take the return because beyond 14 days. $379.99 JUNK

Geek squad takes forever to pick up a phone...had to wait over 30 min jus to pick up a phone, evidently customer service is incapable of handing a phone to me.

Don't go here. I have always loved best buy but the last time I got ambushed by a high pressured, ignorant direct tv salesperson and he wasted my whole time in the store. I went to frys instead.

Geek squad staff are surprisingly deficient here.

If you can get hold of one of the staff they are INSANELY helpful. Just ask them anything.
