Lovely hotel , beautiful vintage theme, friendly staff , and both the rooftop and basement sauna areas are fantastic. But the internet is unusably slow ????
Comfortable stay! Good location. Food at terrace was average but the view is great!

H1898 is a piece of paradise on the chaotic Rambla. Some rooms have terraces and private plunge pools. Check out the rooftop terrace (La Isabela), and the indoor swimming pool .
This is the best place to celebrate various events . It has different function and meeting rooms all with a distinct historical touch.

Reception will try to get you to take a room on the Rambla. Resist this. Very loud at night and you feel/hear the metro all night. Aside from that perfect hotel !
The front desk staff is very helpful and know their city . We got excellent restaurant recommendations from them.

Order breakfast on the rooftop , you don't even have to stay in this hotel . But make sure you make reservation .
