Order the grilled sticks! Great value for money and tastes good too! Buta bara, chicken wings , or chicken with leeks . Just ask to grill with salt then get a lot of the teriyaki sauce separately. :)
Grilled tuna head is so yummy, juicy, and good enough for two people. Paid 280 for a set. Barely finished half of it because of the size!
Definitely value-for-money - tastes better than Shinjuku. My shoyu ramen came with an appetizer (like adobo cubes), coffee and dessert -- all at P180! ;) Their tempura are the large prawns !
A good alternative for kikufuji. The spicy tuna maki is different from your usual and the gyoza is pretty good as well ! Also the only jap resto I've been so far that has onigiri(riceball) :)
Go here during lunch time, where they slash the prices of some of the menus. You can get fresh sushi platters for PHP 280, and it includes appetizer , miso soup , and iced coffee . Best value for money .
The Salmon Head hands down is always great and affordable . My family and I always order the spicy tuna sashimi and Nira Liver .
Really quick service , waitresses are friendly , price for quality is great. They have indoor smoking areas too. Try the Chu Hai as an alternative to beer .
Good service . Sometimes waiters take awhile for you to notice them, but you can see their effort to please. Try Tamago Sashimi & their Ice Coffee . ✌
Suhi bar with sushi made on the request. Ingredients are fresh and good quality. Worth the price imo
Salmon sashimi is really fresh and the serving is big. Also love their japan beef shabu shabu .
The nigiri sushi and the chirashi bowl are TOP! Get them from 11-5 and you get some extras thrown in!
Instead of getting the maki , try the spicy toro/salmon sashimi instead. Serving is significantly bigger. With onigiri on the side, it's like a deconstructed maki .
One of the BEST Japanese restos in the metro. Fast and friendly service , good portioned servings, excellent quality food -- truly value for money .
Service is bad, the place is a mess, but all that's definitely worth it because their sushi is AMAZING!!! If you want an authentic Japanese meal, this is where you're gonna get it.
Believe the hype: if lots of Japanese eat in a Japanese restaurant , then the place must be awesome :) Loved my spicy salmon maki !
Get the spicy tuna sashimi and the salmon sashimi . Always good, always fresh. Try also to go at lunch time for more affordable meal sets.
One of the best Japanese food in Makati! Usually full during lunchtime. Their bento meals are the best for value. It's no wonder why you see many Japanese frequent this place.
Clean ! Good & readonably priced menu add to it that there are a lot of japanese are going here so defintely authentic !
Asupara everything. Spicy salmon . Salmon is pretty good when you catch it fresh (check the sushi bar before you order)
Good Japanese in Manila is hard to come by, this place will satisfy your cravings but it's not Japan.
Tired of the Shrimp Tempura ? Then try their Shitake Tempura ! It's off the menu so you'll have to make a special order for it. ;)
Spicy toro maki is delish! ???? gyoza is a must try! ????
Best "bang for your peso" authentic Jap resto in town . Their udons are like straight out of Tokyo's famous alley noodle houses .
Wagyu Sticks are divine, everything in their menu is authentic and delicious.
td: Ankake ramen , a serving of noodles with shrimps , squid , slices of fish , fish balls , fresh assorted mushrooms , quail eggs , carrots and greens, for 3 pax. Read more
Legit Japanese restaurant ! Fast, efficient, good service . The place didn't disappoint me. :)
Ramen & soba noodles are alright. It's kinda over rated but with price that comes with it is awesome! Great budget meals for a Japanese cuisine. Worth the the drive.
A must try are the Asari Butter and the Gyoza .
Dont forget to order salmon sashimi and toro maki
Cheap , authentic Japanese food . Serving's good for 2!
Try their spicy tuna or salmon sashimi . The sauce they use is really something, very addicting!
The google map data sucks !!!!! This is located near Don Bosco not across SLEX !!! Ankake Ramen is awesome !
Lunch set is from 11am to 5pm????
I had tonkatsu and it's yummy !
Great authentic Japanese food . I always get the chirashidon.
Great value ! Authentic Japanese food . Free iced/hot tea :)
Yummy and affordable authentic Jap food! Try their Zaru udon and shitake tempura (special order)! =d
Ypu cant go wrong with the fresh Salmon Sashimi
Spicy Toro Maki + Ramen + Gyoza = HEAVEN
Call them at least an hour before if you plan to use the smoking (private) rooms :)
Try their curry . I swear it's one of the best in Manila!
Ankake Ramen is good. Seafood curry is good for two. Crunchy takoyaki !
Best quality/quantity/price japanese restaurant i know! Huge pieces of Sashimi !
The ebi tempura is super tasty. No need for sauce.
The best Beef Teppanyaki in town .
Spicy Toro Maki and Akake Ramen - good combination!
salmon yaki lunch set
Uni and Salmon Sashimi & Grilled Saba Mackerel are to die for. Buttered clams is a good too.
This place has been my staple authentic Japanese food craving place.
Try the Aji Sashimi - Today's lunch consists of aji sashimi and kani salad :-)
My fav Japanese in Manila, unbeatable value, go for sashimi (huge), toro spicy maki and gyoza - Andre Mohr
Kushi Yaki is very good. Try the asparagus wrapped in bacon, mushroom also wrapped in bacon. - Cathy DL
it's a huge shopping complex with a lot mix of shops and nice eateries - Flona Hakim
One of the best malls in Manila. I love the open area in the middle and the array of shops and restaurants. - Jerome Ibanez
