It's all good but go for the pulled pork sandwich and corn on the cob. The macarroni & cheese is perfect as well

I buy the meats by the pound. Great deal. At home i make my own sides. Feed 4 for less than $20 and have leftovers

The food here is wonderful it has been for decades. There was a time after covid that the service really lacked supervision in the to go area. But there seem to be back on track

I loved the Fried Green Tomatoes and the service was good. Freezing though, bring a sweater.

Get the pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw and fries . Their BBQ and Shorty's sauces are delicious!

The pig wings (pork shanks ) are a decent alternative to ribs . $14.99 (incl fries & slaw ).

1st. & last time. Ordered the sliced beef wasn't even BBQ'd. Very good size portions but it was just roasted beef . Fries undercooked. Tea way too sweet. Service good but not good enough to come back.

The food was good but they haven’t cleaned the decorations on the ceiling since it opened. Dust everywhere

Don't try and get a table with out the rest of your party being there.. They won't let you. The hostess was very rude in telling us so and to go back outside until the rest showed up...

Hostess was rude, the place was empty and yet they wouldn't seat an "incomplete party" (we were waiting for 2 other friends). Stupid rules like those turn off customers. We left.

Great food in a very rustic setting, if you are in that area and crave BBQ then Shorty's is your place.
