Remodel of lower level recently completed to focus on in-store delivery/pick up, and self-serve ink/toner. Convenient!
I think the printing ladies are outstanding and always keen to serve. A pleasant experience for another wise dull situation.
Front area has been remodeled; large desk and seats for working, and a high bar / seats looking out over Broadway.
Floor staff have improved over time, have had no problems getting help finding things, checking for items in the back, etc.
The service is great the team helped me out a lot; went out of their way.
Sales associates are in a tail spin. Uninformed, confused and goofy. Pick it up, fellas!

Really? Standing here for 15 minutes and they took two people ahead of me even though I was first. Plus, 4 other associates walked past and just looked at me. WTF, I'm not invisible! Pay attention.
Not that I'd expect anything great but the copy ladies there always make excuses for why it will take hours to get your prints and they do a poor job. Go somewhere else for prints if possible.
Heading there now for the ink cartridge return...got a bunch of them!!
Return ink cartridges at $2 a pop. Pays to be green
