If you are visiting Brussels don't bother buying a waffle from a street vendor. Spend 3 Euros more, take a seat upstairs in a lovely cafe and enjoy a REAL waffle in peace .

Stop putting a TON of stuff on your waffles and enjoy is flavor. One topping makes sense, not a million. The batter is wonderful, Liège or Bruxelles waffle , both are amazing.

This is a picture of the Brussels waffle with salted caramel ice cream , but although it was good, the Liege waffle with lemon juice and vanilla ice cream was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC... Get it now!!!

I loved the cozy tea room at the first floor. Get your waffle with coffee as early afternoon dessert ! I advise the "natural" one and the icecream/lemon juice , do focus on the waffle not the toppings!

I tried both the brussels and liege waffles and i love it! Not to mention I only tried the plain one for both and it is more than enough for me. ????

If you have time head up to the tea room upstairs and enjoy the 'fluffy' style of waffle in any of its delicious forms!!

I usually buy a couple of dozens of waffles to take back home and they were always kind enough to wrap them individually, the speculoos is so good and Spicey !

THE place for waffles , fluffy, airy, fresh and more importantly, yummy! Had 2! Ps. The chocolate can be overpowering so best apply separately!

Liege waffle with powdered sugar is better than the brussels waffle . Upstairs seating opens at 11am so take it to-go in the morning.

Definitely get the Belgian waffle and not the Liège one (too bready and not fresh). Hot chocolate is the bomb! There's a seating area upstairs with a few minutes waiting time.

Amazing biscuits ! Didn't have the waffles as the service was slow as it's a tourist trap but lovely food and 100% recommend the variety biscuit plate (9pcs)!!

The waffle is probably the best you will get in the center of the city . Service might be a bit slow. I tries the cassonade version - it is better than the overloaded touristic versions elsewhere.

Top quality Belgian waffles ! If it is not too crowded then head upstairs , get a seat and experience the deliciousness.

Great waffles . I talked to a local person, and they said Belgians do not put toppings on, but I recommend the strawberries.The service is long!Very unorganized

They have been around for a long time and they’re famous for a reason, but it’s rather expensive . In the end, you don’t get what you pay for if you compare it to less touristy places.

Waffle was a little too light and airy but was very crispy . Service also wasn't the best. I also got the assorted biscuits and coffee but the biscuits were fairly basic.

Waffles are incredibly good. Warm chocolate and whipped cream is perfect mix.

Upstairs is 1000000% understaffed. We had to wait around 10 minutes while there were already a couple of free tables waiting to be cleaned up. Even a robot can't handle the upstairs just by itself.

To be fair - very average. Probably not worth the price. Hot chocolate not as good as from the chocolate shops , and the waffles very overpriced considering you can get them for €1 around the corner.
