Bakersfield Short North

Bakersfield food was so fresh and yummy! Great people working there also, knowledgeable and friendly ???? it is kitschy western themed but did not bother us

Chips and guac were great. Use the green sauce . The short rib torta did not disappoint. Good food, nice staff , and good ambience.

Fish taco was tasty and pastor taco was nice and spicy . Hongo taco lacked flavor unfortunately. It was easy to get a table for 3 on a Sunday evening. Service was speedy and helpful.

Ahhhhh, a restaurant in the short north that isn't fake gourmet food by Cameron Mitchell!!?? I'll take it!! Food was great! Playing an old western on the flat screens , pretty cool!!!

Great tacos . A little overpriced. But happy hour was packed. Queso was real cheese you could tell. Nice place for groups and outdoor patio .

Short rib tacos are BOMB. Awesome quac and queso and top notch Margs . Great staff as well ! Can't wait to go back.

As a regular at the Bakersfield in the OTR, Cincy happy to see them open in the Short North. Great Guac !

The papas is amazing. Basically they put a whole avocado on top. So delicious

The rose sangria is super delicious. You won't be disappointed

start with a damn fine quac and/or cheese dip and get as many papas tostadas as you can possibly eat. no kidding. they are filthy good. other veggie taco options are ok - not great.

It's filed with fun and interesting tacos for grooowing bellies. Unbelievable.

Great guac , fantastic tequila selection . Only downside is this place is wall-to-wall bros.

If you like it spicy and don't mind ginger , try the Red Headed Stranger. Short rib taco is my fave.

I really wanted to go to this place, but I ordered the huitlacoche taco and it was a big disappointment :(. The guacamole is not good either.

Don't go during a busy time, you will wait forever to be greeted and then no one will even acknowledge you. Won't be back which is sad because we didn't even get to eat....
