If you're going to just use one machine in the circuit training room, don't get in someone's way who's actually doing the entire circuit.

This time of day seems to be major doush bag time here at the gym . People not putting their weights away, lots of grunting and groaning and wimpy people flexing. Haha

Its a solid downtown gym for those of us who don't want to drive to 24hr at Trolley. Its also open on Sunday for us fit sinners.

The doush bags here are far and in between which is why I like this gym . But man oh man do they stick out when you see them lol

The people are nice, the equipment is good.

The new planet fitness locations have many new features and equipment that are not available here. In fact the owner refuses to upgrade this location

Don't plan on doing circuit training 30 mins before they close, they unplug the red/green lights, regardless of anyone being in there.

Unless you joined at this location and are a black card member you'll pay for parking . Go to t-ville...its less crowded and the people are nicer.

The music here kinda makes me want to kill myself.

it's getting a little more crowded . prolly cuz it's cheaper than cheap . it's almost like they're calling you stupid for not joining. but do me a favor and go to 24hr Fitness down the street.

Don't steal stuff.
