Dont bother ever since they closed the ballys and offered all their members memberships, its too damn crowded , dont expect to get a good lift in btwn 5-7
Just had a great workout and swim . Good way to end a weekend. The pool was great tonight.
It's dead anyday after 8. Best time To workout.
Try doing hip hop abs...it should be longer though
