We had 2 dinners here. The first was the residency ( indian cuisine ) and the cappucino (international). Both were excellent and out special thanks to Chef Partha; he made our experience exceptional:)
Best 24h cafe in town . Best fine dining restraunt called on the rocks serving all kinds of diy grills which is fun. Nice night club Dublin in house. Biggest buffet lunch and dinner 7/7 at residency
The new rooms in the tower wing have been refurbished and are very nice.. The service at the hotel is of a very high standard..
The new bar on towers' it is excellent. You can enjoy the city view and good drinks after a long working day
Have been a regular for 17 years now. Cappuccino rocks! Very "comfy " to hang out. Food as with all ITC hotels is amazing.
Stop looking at the menu and ask what your heart desires and the chef will whip it up for u in a jiffy !!!
The 27th floor in the Towers block is the place to be. All suites, quiet and the SPG lounge is on the same floor.
Don't miss the filter coffee served at the lobby in the evening.

Dakshin is a great eatery to learn about South Indian food , well done, a bit pricey , but also a safe bet!
The in-room dining menu has set meals options. They all are fantastic. Kulfi is great.

The best room is overlooking the pool, ensure to request in advance. Full all the time.

Nothing! run down property with sad management. Remorseless staff with a take it or leave it attitude. Manager certainly looked hungover.

Lovely selection of meats, cooked to perfection. The volcanic rock grill lets you grill your own meal over a slab heated to 400 degrees. The flambe deserts are to die for. A great experience. - Pradeep Dewars
