Lobby open 24 hours .....employee in the window as walking in says lobby is closed. Pull to drive thru informs that we can only do 1 order in drive thru due to 2 employees in building. Not smart.

Why does it take longer to get drinks than it does to get food? Waited 10 minutes for a sweet tea and a parfait while our food got cold!! Ridiculous!!
Check your order before you leave. If they screw it up and say they will take care of you later you better do it within a week or your out of luck.
