There is a continuous swimming lap in the middle of the pool. Swim in an anti-clockwise direction. It's a great work-out!
after a good running 'round the big stadium , rest a while and have a dip ... we went to swim just one time... fun memories... just minutes a way from our place back then...
Omg I didn't know that we can't take photos here. I was trying to and the life guard stopped me. He wasn't very friendly either. :(
Sunbath around 930, when then sun's just enough and there's still sunbathing benches .
The pool's close every thursday from morning till 2.30pm.
Kids' swimming instructor for sat 830am class is rather hot. ;)
