Don't ask for 12/3 600v cable...they have no idea what you are talking about. I just had to find it on the spool for them. Should have been free - I did everything but cut it.

Attempted my first in-store pickup and my order was never picked when I arrived; pointless to request pickup.. Had to wait around at customer service for them to go find my order in the store.
