These butchers have great meat and really know how to cut and trim. Aged steaks rock and marinated in house butterflies small farm chickens are super.
The most perfect meats and poultry . Zack and all the butchers have great expertise and are super nice. Have a Cameron's on tap while you wait.
Amazing dry aged ribeye ! Awesome people, great atmosphere, delicious meat. ❤️????
Dried sausages (spicy or mild) are great, only 2.50$
Ask any of the staff cooking instructions and ask about the specials of the week like pulled pork , beef cheeks or sauces

Put the marinated flank steak on the grill. Do it! Don't ask any questions just Do it!
Luv this place, could be even friendlier though, ie. Totally cute butcher , I'd hit it! Butchers are the new firemen
Try the meat! Seriously, EVERYTHING is AMAZING.
Don't forget to wear your New York Yankees cap when José is working.
Love these guys. Friendly , fun shop with free meat treats. Doesn't get much better than this.
The mango jerk marinade chicken is great on the grill.
Portions are big good value . Unfriendly good-looking butchers . Would I go back? Probably not. I prefer carrot commons meats.
Name change, it's called Meat Dept now
FAR too expensive . St Lawrence market is a better choice. $20 for 4oz bison ...really?
Great traditional butcher shop but those of us who work in the area know they also make an amazing lunch sandwich for $4 or $5. Give it a try! - Obadiah Poundage
I recently purchased 4 Henry Traynor limousin striploins (which I BBQ'd) and a roasting chicken. The meats were full of flavour, juicy and extremely tender.I will definitely shop there again! - Tracey P
fantastic offering of sausages. recommend the Hot Ecuadorian (lots of flavour with the hot spice!), Moroccan Chicken (strong flavour, mild spice) & the Chicken Spinach Strawberry (very unique). - Sasha B
Try the Big Carrot's Quinoa Breakfast Loaf - Sara Slater
