Opened in 1976, the garden composed of a number of smaller themed gardens , including The Fuqua Orchid Center , which is home to the largest collection of species orchids on permanent display in the US.
Be sure to grab a snack or meal at Donderos' -the sesame noodles with chicken are the perfect reprieve after touring gardens - find a seat@small tables on conservatory "bridge " amidst the greenery !
The Alice Hand Callaway Visitor Center & Conservatory contains a collection of tropical and semi-tropical plants, which provide gorgeous backdrops for concerts , lectures, and art exhibits .
