When you pay people minimum wage, this is what you get - slow service, complete disorganization and chaos. A complete cluster of an operation. Can't understand how the chain stays in business

Quiet in the afternoons, except when the manager (Richie?) isn't there the staff acts like 12 year olds. Seriously.
