One of the best gym 's I've ever been to if its not the best one though. I would recommend it for any one especially those who live on the north side of Riyadh. "Big like for the swimming pool "
It Used to be good but recently it is getting crowded during peak hours 4-7 which makes it uneasy to finish your workout fast and efficiently. Also they need more machines for same muscle groups

Better in the morning less crowded and less smelly body odor. Proper hygiene is essential before and after workout.

من أفضل فروع بدي ماستر بمدينه الرياض فرع الصحافه... من حيث المساحه والاجهزة والمسبح.
نادي ممتاز ومتكامل يعيبه المواقف وفيه اوقات يكون مزدحم جدا
انصح بالاشتراك فيه خلال هالخمس ايام ، عروضهم خرافيه .. سنه ب2150 و ست شهور ب1300 و 3 شهور ب 800 .. موفقين جميعا ..
