Small but cosy rooms , vey clean and well maintained. Perfect location near the harbour .

Lux rooms without a seaview are more spacious and some (614 and 714 at least) have a big sofa , armchairs , a desk and a dinner table for four. A great selection of whiskey  at the cozy bar .

Cosy and spacious rooms at reasonable prices. The breakfast is in a room with a beautiful ceiling. Big lobby where one can sit and relax. Free WiFi

Second time here. Great service, average breakfast . Tv 's a bit dim pic. Spacious rooms , still in very good condition (7/2012). Oh, great beds!

Seems the best hotel in helsinki. The breakfast is good; just ask for a room with baltik sea view !

Fine, but rooms need maintenance and not what I would call “luxury”. Our sea view was mainly of a roof

Warm homeliness coupled with exclusive comfort and high-class services, to satisfy even the most demanding of guests.

Unfortunately it is not possible to open the window in the room to get fresh air and 20 degrees is the lowest temperature possible in the room. Too hot to sleep in.

Best staff and rooms- Try the hotel bar champagne selection .

The old elevators from 1963 were modernized in 2008 by KONE.

Bring your own hairdryer! The one provided by the hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel .

Excellent breakfast

You could also ask for a great breakfast . You don't get it here. You get an ok one, but not great comparad to boutique hotels elsewhere.

Малышка 5 часов без отдыха , спит в гараже ???? а мы гуляять????

Однозначно не стоит своих денег... Лифт в паркинг не работал, поэтому предложили воспользоваться паблик паркинг..!

в номере телевизор работал кое-как...вечером, при том что сняли деньги за просмотр , отказал в показе кино по причине "попробуйте позже"..
