From start to finish a wonderful experience! You have to try the bacon jam that comes with the bread , it inspired me to find out the recipe and make my own. The petit filet mignon is perfect!
Everything is SO GOOD! They have a new hive on the roof to make their own honey ! Sustainable food all from VA. I recommend the Fig and Gorgonzola flatbread ! Flounder and burger too!!! Bacon jam !

Dress in layers.. room is Very warm with all those glowing fires. Would be really nice if they had some hard ciders too
