This is possibly the strangest IKEA in the world. Very few products, odd selection of what they have. Just really really strange. If you are expecting the regular IKEA product range, goto an other one

Nice IKEA and when I went it was not too busy! They have a coffee table for $16.99 that is perfect for a small studio!

If you have little ones.. try and get a cart in the parking lot . Then to third floor with the elevator . There are no carts on top!

Use the elevators to bypass specific floors. Or just grab a cart and peruse to your heart's content!

Make sure to go to the as is section on the first floor for pre assembled furniture or discounted furniture

Check-in online and join the waiting lists early. Easy and convenient!

Outdoor Furniture is located in a separate venue outside (big white tent) - bypass the maze and go straight there if that's what you're looking for!

Great prices on furniture ....the only thing I hate when you start at the top of Ikea you feel like your trapped in a maze you will never get out of.

Get a staff member to ring you up so that all the items you want are printed on a list for you

This feels like an older IKEA. Layout is strange and paths not as well defined. The Covina store has a wider selection of product.

You can drop off the kiddies in the play center for one hour....and it's free! Ahhh, shopping bliss. $1 frozen yogurt for the win.

This IKEA is small and doesn't carry as much compared to the Costa Mesa. It doesn't have a full sit down dining and Swedish food store. Go to the other IKEA for full experience.

If you don't want to be trapped at a certain level, don't take stairs! Take the elevator .

Be prepared to wait up to half hour for your items @ the Furniture Pick-Up area, the "lazy" faces these employees have is a no wonder.

Having to go through full service furniture pick up really sucks. Been sitting here for almost an hour. Not sure if the discounted prices are worth the wait.

Would not let my pregnant wife use restroom after we loaded our goods into the car because they had "just Closed".... Pretty low character. They suggested "I go to Target... "

Shop online first. Write down item #'s before you go. Check ikea hacks online for ideas too. Service is HORRID unless you take charge and play follow the leader. Ugh.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!! I bought a TV unit from IKEA Carson and they delivered the wrong color. I have been calling them for the past TWO WEEKS to resolve the issue and NO ONE is getting back to me.

The low flat carts are great for riding on in a big empty parking lot !

They don't have a full restaurant and there's not enough seating. I like the Mac and cheese with my balls. So disappointed. Least ikea I've visited.

Worst ikea ever!!!! The showroom and marketplace are mushed together into a labyrinth of chaos. Good luck finding the exit. Well worth the extra drive to any other location to a real Ikea.

Get creative and save money. Use the kitchen cabinets to make a built-in system around your bed!
