The people who work at the framing section are really nice. One guy actually spent twenty minutes with me trying to get the right background for my puzzle so it would not clash with it and the frame.

The bathroom lights are on a timer, so don’t surprised if you’re suddenly in a pitch dark room!

Lately, this store has me missing The Rag Shop . Still a good selection, but lines and unhelpful staff make it a last resort .

Don't be in a hurry as there is seldom more than one register open. Service isn't their specialty.

The associates that work at this location offer poor customer service. I would even go do far as to call them rude. I agree with the other tipster. It might be worth the drive for better service.

Its worth your gas to drive to a different store. Avoid this Michaels!! Manager has no idea how to run a store or check people out! Most of the staff is rude! The service here is quickly sinking. Run!

Out of stock in popular items, rude associates, it's too bad rag shop is gone. Try Pearl on Commercial/Dixie or any other Michaels.
