Go early! Went in at 2:30 and had amazing service. Needed to exchange a dress outside of thirty days and the manager helped me out. Thanks David's bridal!

My wife had to get a bridesmaid 's dress here. When she first went in, she was ignored for almost an hour and had to track someone down. When she went in for alterations , they couldn't find the dress .

Buy dresses here, get them altered at a real tailor .

The consultants are very nice and helpful, the rest of the staff however are incompetent. Cashiers not knowing the correct information, managers openly yelling at consultants in front of customers.

Expect a wait. Always. Even if there's 10 employees and 1 other customer in the store.

Always come during the week. Avoid Saturday morning appointments!

Worst service ever. Not even greeted. You might as well be on their payroll so you can help other customers .

Terrible return policies. Make certain you want something before you buy as most items are final sale.

These people aren't helpful despite the appointment.
