Really organized with friendly service and fast moving lines

How refreshing to deal with a government office that's fast, friendly , and efficient!

Much of the delay is from people bringing the wrong documents and the employees trying to explain. The wait was forever, but when I got up to the counter, I was out in 5 minutes.

Very polite people in service. Come early in the morning to avoid long lines of waiting

Opens at 8am! Plus it's the only place downtown to write the G1!

Mornings here are way better than evenings, both wait- and staff-wise.

Was here Wed at around 4pm there's no lineup,, came back thurs at 5pm and there were lots of people. Should have gone back at an earlier time when there's no line up. Waited over an hour..

The earlier the better, be prepared with a novel and snacks .

Self-serve Kiosk has been down for the past month. If you are not here before noon, forget it.

Bring a book . A big one. With which to attempt knocking yourself out during the hour-long wait you will enjoy.

Unfortunately, the self-service kiosks are gone. Not sure when they were removed, but be prepared to wait in line .
