Better than I expected. The large glass windows provide a great environment on a sunny day.
Can get really busy, free tap water is available near the sugars and stirrers

Coffee wasn't very nice (compared to other Neros) and the staff seemed confused when there were more than 2 customers waiting to be served.

The specials menu has crazy good food at very good prices (£16 for 3 courses). The main menu is beautiful. Good quality simple ingredients cooked well. Service is relaxed and informal. - Mick
