Third time, I bought a loaded griller NO SOUR CREAM and a chicken quesadilla . I get my food. Sour cream on the griller and a steak quesadilla . Do you guys not read the screen with the orders.

You can, in fact, still order the cheesy gordita crunch , even though it's not technically on the menu.

Don't go to this Taco Bell. Past 3 times were horrible. First time, the manager (Natasha was the name on the receipt) yells at my girlfriend because she wanted to make sure there was no sour cream .

Second time, same manager yells at us because we tried using too many free taco coupons. Could have just politely said "I'm sorry we can't take all of these" but no, she was overly rude.

The female manager refused to refund my money after they served our burrito . Store is gross
