If making any substitutions, make sure you reiterate your point several times. I asked to sub beans for chicken , and bit into a chicken griller, which does not make for a happy vegetarian !
I work at taco bell & I know you can get chips and cheese instead of Doritos with the meal deals . Very disappointed I was told they're not allowed to do that.
They still have the cheesy bean and rice burrito !
