Baristas and supervisors are very friendly and accommodating. Even the kuya who cleans the tables is so approachable and trustworthy:) love being here!

Weekends can be a pain just finding a seat, but once seated, the good drinks and homet stmosphere make this absolutely better than SBux.. Now if only they bussed the tables more..

I have to admit that Starbucks has a better quality of service. Not sure if it's the lack of warmth or initiative from CBTL staff :-/

I think a smile from the baristas can be a bit costly. But I still love WCD Ice Blended .
