Nice and clean hotel near Arc de Triomphe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the free teatime offerings - lots of food. Rooms are a bit small but typical of older hotels , especially in Paris.

Location is good, personnel is very friendly and helpful. But there was a terrible smell in the room #505 during our stay.
