You can get basic groceries here. When MB Foods used to own it, the place was always well stocked. Now that it's owned by Valu-Mart, the shelves are not stocked very well .
Previously known as M&B Foods since the 1950's, Virgil Value Mart is where the Niagara-on-the-Lake locals shop!
I have been several times ignored by Deli Counter staff , and my son was accused of sexual harassment by one of the same Deli Counter staff - all male customers need to watch out for such accusations.
