Had the Casarecce cos guanciale (cured pork jowl ) is just so rare. Ok casaridiculouslydelicious-recce is also pretty uncommon here. Tastiest plate of carbs I had in years. So we’ll-seasoned, so good.
You should make a beeline for the pizzas and hand made pastas (the ragu is hearty, delicious, with great texture), though the salt baked sea bass did it disappoint! Our second visit and still stellar!
Wines are pricey here. Everything above $100 and nothing memorable. You'll stretch your dollar drinking before/after your meal at nearby pubs , wine bars and bistros
Paccheri pasta ($34, large tube-shaped) was yummy. Paired with pulled beef cheek cooked soffritto style — sautéed with lots of finely chopped onions & carrots
Salsiccia very wet. The scallion must be stored in oil. Pizza is OK - besides being too wet the onion/scallion was a bit too much (though I like onion ). Fennel Sausage was mild. Dough ok - a bit chewy
Their signature meatballs are really an excellent starter. Yummy ground beef in excellent tomato-based gravy . Great with toasted bread .
Small causal Italian restaurant . Serve great pizza and pasta . Have a huge fire oven stove to bake the pizza . Giving a nice and crispy crust.
Mafalde pasta (ribbon-shaped pasta , $28) coated with braised lamb sugo sauce & some porcini mushrooms . Juicy
Get a pizza to share; they're light & very well made. Save some space to try their hand made pastas after. I recommend the lamb ragu , the meat sauce is so tasty.
Great ambience for gathering. Best seat i would recommend 2nd floor seating. They have long table setup.
Hip halal italian without being halal. For nostalgic western hipsters . An Italian friend enjoys the food here the best, but too salty for my taste.
Book or get there at opening! They're fully booked , even on weeknights at the moment.
I had the grilled asparagus and pear salad starter, they were both very enjoyable. Service was good. Best restaurant in this area by a long shot
Pizza was good, service was spectacular. The pear & rocket starter was one dimensional and the charred unripe pears added nothing to flavor nor texture. The pasta has been the star for me though.
Frutti di mare ($34). Flavourful seafood pasta , with prawns , clams , scallops & octopus
Everything here is awesome, but the surprise is the grilled octopus starter. Tender, salty and super Yums.
Might be the new winner as far as best pizza in Singapore is concerned. Excellent pastas too, proper al dente . Be sure to book ahead.
great food and chill ambience . sit outside for something more cozy . pulp, prawns , squid ink pasta , and salted cho dessert were all good!
Great set lunch , generous and tasty portions, includes desert and coffee . Yummy pannacotta desert with a twist
Very good Italian food with reasonable prices, their pizzas are particularly good. The menu is very limited, which is not entirely a bad thing.
The lunch time special of a spaghetti aglio olio with various seafood hit the spot!
Watch your pizza being prepared right in front of you in the big clay oven. Meatballs are a tasty starter
Love it! Great pizza and desserts and pasta and mains and everything :) check out my blog www.mylifeinsin.com :)
Clam linguine ($29). Buttery smooth. Enjoyable
Hands down the best Italian food I've had in a while. Try the pizza and the seafood stew .
Had the soft shell crab , squid ink pasta and salted chocolate . Liked everything. :)
Could easily share a pizza . Super friendly staff .
great pizza , probably the best in town . good service and friendly staff . all good
Nice little place for meeting up with friends. Must try their salted caramel dessert .
The lunch menu doesn't look like a lunch menu (1/2)
Great food and atmosphere and attentive service . The pappardelle ragu alone is worth the visit.
Amazing food, awesome ambience and great service. I'll be back soon!
Great room, great food, good service . Pizzas and sandwiches @ lunch . Must make reservation .
Can't go wrong with the pizza ! One of the best pizzas in town
One of the best pizza in Singapore if not the best.
Pizza is amazing!! Book or go early is better on Friday evening.
Enjoyed the freshly-made pizzas . Chewy dough
Possibly the best pizza in Singapore
The lunch menu doesn't look like a lunch menu (2/2)
carbonara pizza + tiramisu for the win. :) all-time fave restaurant
Nice Italian cuisine by Singaporean chef
The service was good and the pizza was really yummy. Worth a try.
‘Cicheti’ is pronounced ‘chee-keh-tee’. Source: website
Cioppino - decent amount of seafood
Continues to be great even though everyone now knows about it and it's busy.
Good Italian pizza and salad
Amazing italian foods especially pizza
Really good pizzas and sandwiches @ lunch . Full menu @ dinner .
Lamb pappardelle was good. Pizza with bufala mozzarella was just ok - very soggy in the middle. The outside crust was good though.
Mus try pasta and pizza , cozy place~
My second chance to this place: take parmigiana as a main and share the stracciatella. Big portion of tiramisu, must share! - Martina Maitan
Fantastic Italian quality pizza. Best in Singapore that I know. Real Italian mozzarella, nice selection of wines, spaceous and elegant. - Aija Bruvere
Make reservations. Order good morning pizza, parmaham with melon and fig, truffle fries and garlic and oriental mandarin - Bianca Bueno
Love the chilled, intimate atmosphere - def a place to quieten down with a drink after a long busy day in the CBD. They also serve yummy tapas in case you’re wondering if there’s food! - Cheryl Gan
Value and yummy set lunch with fish, soup, coffee and dessert! - Shan. XC
Very nice place for weekend brunch. Making a reservation advised as it is usually crowded - Camille
