National Technical Museum

6 floors of everything... really!!! Must visit the section with airplanes, cars, trains , motorcycles & bikes !!! Extra 100kr for permission of taking photos but worth every extra kr!

We really enjoyed the exhibition about the evolution of cars and motorcycles. Though we didn't have the chance to see the whole museum thoroughly it seemed really interesting.

Cross the ornate ˘Cech˚uv bridge to Letná Park for a reviving walk to the spot where a 30-metre-tall Stalin once glowered over the city . A child-friendly option in the National Technical Museum .

The permanent exhibition about vehicles is by far the most interesting one. Book a guided tour , it’s definitely worth it.

Great museum with plenty of stuff to watch and learn about. I think that a kid of 5 to 10 years will be on heaven here. Fantastic place!

This place was pretty cool, they seemed to have the last remaining version of most items like classic cars and planes . Aside from the main hall, there is loads more to see. Check it out.

Unbelievable experience! I thought it's gonna be boring, but I could spend there whole day! Photography , architecture , astronomy, transport - everybody could find something for themselves!

170 Kc for full ticket and 100 Kc more if you want to take photos or video. The price is worth it, you can spend a whole day in here learning and seeing old/new stuff.

Absolutely amazing collections of different areas of technics. Buy photo license as well . It costs 3-4 eur, but it worth every cent.

They didn't changed in last few decades anything. I was impressed by texhnical museum in Berlin 20 years ago and Prague one didn't catch it up. Plus there is no kids friendly exposition .

You must visit. You can easily find something according to your interests.

Head to the top floor to the architectural exhibit . There, you will find an elevated balcony with one of the best views of Prague!

Very interesting collection of cars and motorcycles. Astronomy part was less than expected.

It is really huge! If you are going to see and try everything, you need 3-4 hours.

Museum is not very big. Transport hall is impressive with old cars, steam train and aeroplanes. Printing exposition is good. Nothing dedicated to computers though.

The National Technical Museum accommodates broad collections dedicated to astrology , architecture , photography and transportation featuring some of the groundbreaking Škoda models.

It's maybe a little too extensive to see the whole thing, but the collection of early cars was awesome.

Зал с экспонатами в несколько ярусов впечатляет. Охватить все этажи и экспозиции музея за раз сложно, вероятно займёт целый день. Любителям и ценителям техники, особенно ретро , обязательно к посещению

Огромная экспозиция всяческой техники от паровозов до самолётов. Есть зал фототехники. Залы кузнецов, шахтеров и химической промышленности мне не особо понравились. Для студентов скидка .

Интересный музей разуты техники, много машин, велосипеды , мотоциклы, паровоз. Есть зал с бытовой техникой , история горнодобычи. Но он во многом проигрывает аналогичному музею Вены. Мало экспонатов.

Стоит для посещения, на все уйдет не меньше 3 часов. Есть кафе на - 1 этаже с причтными ценами , кстати за кафе есть тоже зал с экспонатами ) Интересные залы шахтеров и металлургов.

Идеальное место для технофилов!))) да и вообще здесь есть на что посмотреть! Обязательно сходите - не пожалеете! Чтобы обойти все 5 этажей потребуется минимум 1,5-2 часа!

Po rekunstrukci otevřeno 11 expozic a chystají se další (například Vysílání). Připlaťte si prohlídku uhelného a rudného dolu. V restauraci kafe (špatné) a smažák (přesně takový, jaký ho čekáte).

Uhelny a rudny dul stoji za to. Jinak je potreba obrnit se trpelivosti s hlidaci. Kdyz budete dostatecne optimisticti, kazdy treti se usmeje a nebude na vase deti kricet, ze se tu na nic nesaha.
