We hike here every Wednesday and Thursday 6-7 miles also
Stop and get sushi on the way have a picnic after your hike .
Fun place to hike but gets crowded on weekends.
Challenging (for a metro park ) and beautiful

They have a paved and unpaved dog friendly trail. We have a great time its very beautiful here! The unpaved trail can be a bit muddy after a lot of rain but it seems like they are trying to fix it! - Heather Denaro
