They don't make the bagels fresh. They are delivered the day before, partially cooked, and reheated the next day. I've seen the delivery truck in the late afternoon prior to closing.
If you're gluten and dairy-free try the bacon egg and avocado sandwich , served on a GF bagel .

Do not come here on a Sunday morning. Their staff are slow, unorganized and unsanitary. I waited 45 min for a Taylor ham/cheese on a bagel . Any other day is good.
