I bought $800 worth of stuff (boxes of shoes , jackets , etc.) and they no longer offer bags... I get it, but c’mon. I looked suspicious and ridiculous carrying 15+ items.

Bad customer service in the shoe department . We asked specific questions about hiking shoes & the kid couldn't answer our questions and said, "yeah, whatever you're holding is fine". Not ok for $200.
