Tokyo Dome

Came for a giants v swallows baseball game and boy was it fun! Lots of energy and team spirit from the crowd. Good food and drinks around the stadium . Love where the stadium is situated.

Now hosting MLB season openers, this joint once hosted an NBA pre-season game between the Sonics (RIP) and the Clippers in 2003. And yes of course, this is where Buster knocked out Tyson!

Great cultural experience. Singing through the game. Cute girl vendors selling whiskey , sake, beer . If you're a baseball fan - please go.

The ballpark opens two hours before the game, but get there earlier and check out Tokyo Dome City ; the adjoining shopping mall with its own roller coaster !

Tokyo Dome is a fun place to go, but you should really check out their rollar blading, it's a great place to have parties and hang out with friends!

Sit in the fan sections if you can - so fun to learn and sing different players' cheers !

Here for a ballgame? Grab a beer at the 7-Eleven near JR Suidobashi Station, and transfer them into the supplied (big!) paper cups at the gate security.

Baseball the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Raucous fans, team songs, and reasonably priced beer .

The fans never stop cheering . It's a great baseball atmosphere even for those who haven't been to many games!

Tokyo Dome is a baseball stadium , completed in 1988, nickname is "Big Egg ". This venue is also used for other indoor events .

Bring your own food!

Venue does not accept credit cards for drinks/food! ATM is on level 1.

Beer not particularly expensive at ¥800, however avoid the girls pitch side bringing the drinks, you only end up with 2/3 pint. Bars around perimeter are pretty empty during the game, use those.

Japanese baseball ain't like USA baseball . Everybody cheers in unison!

ふるさと祭り東京で東京ドーム へ。入場するのに料金が発生しますが、セブンイレブンで前売り券を買うと割引きがあります。中では地方のお祭りを再現するイベント や、お土産 の販売。そしてメイン が食事！ミニ丼 にはなることが多いが、美味い物が多い。しかも「どんぶり選手権」は一つ500円。（会場内で食券を買い好きな店に持っていく）安い ^ ^

東京ドーム 1個分は……ちまたでよく聞くこのフレーズ。実際の大きさは下記だそうです。建築 面積　46,755平方メートル 容積　約124万立方メートルフィールド面積　13,000平方メートル 具体的な数字を聞いて、ますますどんな大きさなのか分からなくなりました。ほかで例えてみると、小・中学校の教室 が大体8m×8m×3mだそうなので、124万 ÷ 192 = 約6458個分。まあ大きいということです

意外に知られてませんが、東京ドーム は飲食物の持ち込み 可です。飲み物は入り口で移し替えが必要になりますが、ご飯 は断然持ち込んだ方が安い ！野球 観戦をしながら楽しく皆さんで飲んだり食べたりなんていかがですか？(o’∀’o)

11球団のファンは普通カラクリドーム、または単に「カラクリ」と呼びます。写真 は水戸藩上屋敷からのドーム屋根。野球 にお越しの方はぜひ国内でも屈指の名大名庭園 にもお越しくだされ。

食べ物持ち込み 可なので持ち込む人 が多いのですが、その一方で案外有名弁当 もあります。中でも叙々苑弁当 は3500円と2000円という値段の割には売り切れます。食べましたが、うまいです。他にも通路を歩いていると立ち食い蕎麦屋 など色々あります。野球 に飽きたら探検もお勧めです。

ドームの屋根を膨らませる為にドーム内の風圧を上げているそうで、普通の開閉式のドアから出る際にはすごい風圧で髪がボサボサ、転びそうになるので注意を。それが嫌なら混むけれど回転ドアから出てください。平和に出れます。

座席にやってくるビール はエビス、アサヒ、サントリーの3種類です。他にもウイスキー 、ソフトドリンク 、おつまみ、アイス、おみやげ、応援グッズが回ってきます。女の子が大抵やってます。重い物を持ってかなりの重労働だと思います。試合展開に関わらず笑顔で接してあげましょう(*´∀｀*)

東京ドーム のグラウンドは5.5m掘り下げられております。理由は、ドームの隣にある庭園 「小石川後楽園」になるべく日陰を作らないようにするためだそうです。ちなみに、屋根も小石川後楽園側が低くなるよう斜めにできています。

やっぱり広い！けどところどころに年季をかくせなかったり…末永く愛されてほしいですね。

場内のWi-Fiが巨人ファンクラブ向けのモノしかなく、他球団のファンや野球 以外の用事で訪れた方には不便を強いているように感じました。フリーWi-Fiを整備してほしい。また、コロナ対策で座席ごとにＱＲコードが貼られていますが、席によっては光量の関係からか、読み取りにくいモノがあります。これも改善してほしいものの一つです。

野球 を見るという観点から見れば障害物がポール以外無いので見やすい球場。

面積を表す「東京ドーム 1個分」は46,755平方メートル 。1東京ドーム ：約4.7ha＝約216mの正方形。日本人を惑わす悪しき単位、悪習。

東京ドーム はアルコール 飲料以外、飲食物の持ち込み 可能です。そのためアルコール を飲まない安 さ目的の人 は、球場で一切何も購入しません。そのためここは、画像のような球場で購入した飲食物を楽しむ人 と、安 さ目的で持ち込む人 が両極端です。

東京ドーム の横の長さは、銀座4丁目～5丁目に相当。
