This place is my all time favorite. You cannot go wrong with any of the tapas , the service is super sweet and they have some excellent wines . All that for very reasonable price!

Excellent tapas , really lovely staff , very friendly owners . This place gets plaudits for the best tapas for a reason. Skip the desserts though, just get an extra plate of something if you're not full!

Very good tapas and lunch menu during the week. Recommend ordering a lot of cold and hot tapas and share it. Evenings are full house so be sure you made a reservation though.

We got here late but lucky us their friendly staff let us order cold tapas and we didn't waste time. The cold tapas were amazing. Looking forward to come and try the hot tapas

Octopus is good either cold or roasted. Calamari sauce was delicious. Beet bread was great. Liked it a lot

Quite professional staff did not even once give us a chance to fill our wine glasses ourselves! Decanted automatically. Tapas absolutely fantastic e.g. delicious duck meat ! I'LL BE BACK!

Almost 6 year experience with Kofein restaurant and still the best place to have lunch or romantic dinner with a glass of fancy wine ???? #totallyinlovewithKofein

If you're visiting Prague, you really can't go wrong at Kofein. We came here on our first evening in Zizkov and it was fantastic. The paté , in particular, was divine. Seriously - pay it a visit.

I've been here only for the lunch menu , which was absolutely amazing, so I can't already wait to come here for the tapas or burgers everybody brags about. Excellent staff and background music .

Good restaurant located underground. You can find good lunch menu for 200 CZK there, including soup , main meal and drink. The only issue was that it took waitress several minutes to serve me.

Amazing tapas . Food quality: top-notch! The restaurant usually gets crowded during lunch time, so watch out for overwhelmed and sort of grumpy staff . Aside of rush hour, the service is good.

Great vibe, very friendly stuff , tasty lunch menu (soup+main course+home made ice tea ) for 100 czk only. Nothing to complain about!

A genuinely special restaurant , we tried 8 of the tapas dishes and all were delicious. An amazing place! Only let down by bad service but it didn't spoil the evening.

Go here for lunch (110 kc - I think - for soup/salad, main dish + ice tea ). They offer about 5 choices throughout the week (same menu Monday - Friday). Consistently good and friendly .

"Tapas " place called Kofein, but decorated by japanese caligraphy - they serve heavy czech cuisine even in summer & spring until 5pm and tapas from from 5pm. Seriously? Guys, make up your mind.

Really tasty tapas ! But book a table, it's popular so we sat by the bar . Nice atmosphere and friendly staff . You can see the chef prepare the food.

Good for groups or families. There's something for everyone - vegan options , burgers , meats, seafood , desserts . Nice staff . My only complaint is that food was too salty.

The lunch special is decent (but very small). Nevertheless this is miles away from the delicious tapas served at dinner time
