Annoying experience begging someone to help me buy a MacBook, after hearing the sales pitch for financing & insurance, they're out of the model I want. Will buy direct from Apple

Bring your own internet access while you wait 3 hours for your auto remote to be installed in your car... Are u kidding me the internet does not work in this Best Buy ...

You ask the sales/people that work there questions and they don't even know their stuff and give you wrong answers.

Some of the buys are OK, but I wouldn't say they're the "Best."
