Bud's fans from Shoal Creek are happy he's now established in the Mueller food trailer park . His gumbo , étouffée , red beans and rice muffaletta , and po'boys are as good as ever.
The Mac & Cheese isn't really worth ordering. The PoBoys however are great. Make sure to get sauce to add.
The crawfish étouffée was delicious but a very small serving

I got a hearty Golden Nuggets bowl (Large - $9.50). It was a lot of food for me and I'm a big guy. The fire glaze is amazing. It's sweet and spicy. The chicken nuggets were lightly breaded and AMAZING - Brody Horan
Plenty of activities to keep the kiddos entertained. Staff was always present and constantly cleaning toys. Baby Boomers program on Saturday mornings is great for little ones. - B P
